Kitty
I read somewhere awhile back that regular foil from the kitchen was hazardous, but then just recently, I read somewhere that someone uses heavy duty reynolds. Is there really a difference in the foil that you can buy precut and the foil you have at home, or is that just a way for people to make a small amount of extra money? DizzyGuy
It's a money making thing... just go buy some foil from the store and be happy BTW, I heard smoking can be hazardous too... ::whistle::
Kitty
Lol. I didn't think there was a difference, just that one was precut and the other you had to cut yourself. I mean, there's not much difference between precut aluminum foil and aluminum foil, but I wasn't entirely sure if there was maybe some minute detail that I was missing. Smoking can be hazardous?! Now who told you such a thing?! Lol.
Sonthert
Yeah, there is no evidence to show that aluminum foil poses a health risk. Somebody who sells little circles of foil for 5x what thy're worth has to have some story to sell them, right?

[LB]
weve had a few threads going over this and the final conclusion is that NO the tin foil does not have a negative effect on your health, simply because it does not get hot enough to release the harmful chemicals
Macho555
If it was bad for you, you would have heard about it before now, especially on the forums, as hundreds of people made themselves braindead with fumes.
Sonthert
In many parts of the world, they use alum, aluminum sulfate, for water treatment...with no significant increases in anything health related (other than not dying of thirst)...those SOBs drinking aluminum treated water get hundreds of times the amount of aluminum in their intake than we do.
