Scheetz
If all goes well then I just might pull off a hookah lounge come summer in the arm of Maryland. I am looking at having prices about $10 a bowl using rotators. And offer 15 flavors. Right now I will use 1 shisha company, once I am up and running and solid then I will add another choice to the mix I.e. tangiers or starbuzz as a premium choice. Here is where you come in. What would you rather smoke? Layalina, Havana, Al Amir? I am a huge fan of Layalina and have been smoking that most of the time. I have a box of Al Amir that I enjoyed also. Havana is the only thing I havent tried but I figured I can order a few 50g boxes and check it out. Any choice flavors that you guys think I should have. Besides the norm (grape, mixed fruit, strawberry, watermelon......) Thanks, Scott Also, Thanks to Fumare, Tangiers, 49 Thieves, and Darth Hookah for helping me get this closer to the completion stage. Make Sure You Vote
DizzyGuy
I might be baised.... but I loved Havana Bahraini Apple... wasn't much of a fan of their orange, though. Strawberry was decent. Never had Layalina, been meaning to try it though... And the only AA I've had is Vanilla. Not very strong, but a decent mixer.
xpimpitox
al amir is awesome but very light on flavor. the flavor in strawberry was non existent. the plus side of AA it smokes like a champ with super duper clouds of smoke! id say layalina since you seem to be familiar with it. SanguineSolitude
havana and starbuzz FTW
Scheetz
yeah that was my opinion of AA. It doesnt have a strong taste but good smoke. Layalina has both with a 3 kings 40mm burning nicely. Still would like to hear about Havana though. I do need to pick up a 50g and try it.
web250
AA is light on flavor IMO. I love Havana (esp their orange). Never tried Layalina, but I just ordered 5-50g, so I plan on trying it soon.
xpimpitox
i have tried havan strawberry and pomegranate and they were both craptacular. so im very bitter when it comes to havana but many people love it. def add starbuzz or tangiers for premium options! SanguineSolitude
i suggest not having tangiers as the premium option. not because its not amazing, but because its damn hard for the uninitiated to manage the heat properly. therefore you will get alot of people who complain about the harshness simply because they dont know how to deal with it. starbuzz is good and dependable. pavlakos
most arghileh joints tend to use nakhla because its cheaper than most brands, smokes well, and most of the flavors are comparable to the more expensive stuff.thats wut i would use. plus most people dont know the differance. Scheetz
heh, yeah I use to smoke Nakhla all the time my local lounge uses it. I just want something that is a bit less on the nicotine. Plus I havent found who wholesales Nakhla yet anyway. I know Social Smoke doesnt
SanguineSolitude
no nakhla. everywhere uses it. be different, be better. havana is good. their apricot is about the best shisha ive ever had. and ive had alot.
Pieces
There was a taste test up at Heat on Friday, a comparison between Al Amir and Layalina. Layalina won by far on all 5 flavors. I voted for Layalina myself, so that's what I'll suggest.

But yeah I had a bowl of watermelon Layalina smoking for 3 hours went through 6 coals and never lost flavor. I had to stop smoking just because it was still going strong. 40 Thieves
Havana Lemon-lime Best flavor by far - kinda hard to get a hold of. Havana mango is 2nd best.
whix
so far iv only tried havana and been very unimpressed with its straberry and rasberry, maby it was just me but couldn't get any strong flavor. is layalina washed? iv heard its delishious but I don't really like smoking unwashed shisha.
