yashman19 Posted November 9, 2006 Share Posted November 9, 2006 Sorry I can't help you by offering a dedicated canadian store, but I thought I would atleast let you know that the sale of tobacco violates Paypal's terms of agreement, so I doubt that if there is a store that sales baccy, they won't let you use paypal.
