Hookah Language difficulties:-D

Hello!  I have been working as a hookah master in Russia for a long time.  Recently I moved to Moscow and, accordingly, many English-speaking guests appeared in the bar where I work.  My English is still low and I do not always understand the guests.  Could you tell me the patterns of receiving an order and identifying the needs of guests.  I did not find literature on this topic, and the translator does not always translate correctly.

I certainly know the names of the tastes.  But I don’t know how to find out about the strength of a hookah, how to correctly accept an order.
