DizzyGuy
Well... have you tried washed shisha? It might ust be the nicotine. Also how much do you smoke at one time? And how enclosed of a room are we talking about?
.cOLt.45.
I wash my shisha after about every 3 or 4 sessions... And its not enclosed..there is a door sized opening for the air to escape..straight outside thanks for reading my post
DizzyGuy
I'm sorry, I meant have you tried washed tobacco, i.e. stuff with lower nicotine content. You just have Nakhla and El Basha, right?
.cOLt.45.
Aha..I see what you mean...Thats my problem..I can only get my tobacco from small arabic shops cause theirs is the only one with glycerin and such....So currently I can only get my hands on Nakhla Al fakher and El basha Caramel

SanguineSolitude
actually blood sugar has alot to do with the buzz you get. eat before smoking and choose a sweet drink to accompany it. like sweet mint tea or soda.

lwieise
Too much CO in your body. Try breathing more air than smoke. Every breath you take (every move you make...I'll be watching you) should not be from the hookah. Sorry about the random outburst of song.

Fumare
QUOTE (SanguineSolitude)actually blood sugar has alot to do with the buzz you get. eat before smoking and choose a sweet drink to accompany it. like sweet mint tea or soda. Listen to SanguineSolitude, couldn't of said it better myself. I recommend all of my customers to eat before smoking. Once this girl came in to the lounge right after work, so the last time she ate was around 11:30, and she came in to the lounge around 6:30. She got water and Layalina (Peach) after 30min, she stood up to get something and just passed out. Luckly one her friends caught her. Emediatly I ran over, and asked what happened. I gave her a packet of sugar and told her do disolve it under her tongue. Sugar will bring blood levels up real quick. She stablized after a min or two, then told her eat some food, made her pizza and pop. After that she was ok. Told her not to smoke for the rest of the day.
cypherkk
You might have some sinus issues while smoking, have you tried taking a sudafed an hour or two before... help clear up your air passages and if the shisha smoking creates a pressure change in your sinuses due to being unused to it, it would deffinately help. Macho555
I was about to say sinuses. I have HORRIBLE sinus problems, I usually know when It will rain hours before it does, because my skull suddenly feels like its being split. Hookah doesn't bother it at all, which is awesome, but If I smoke a cigar, ALOT of hookah, or just generally smoke too much of anything (cough) I end up with the same headache. I would try the sudaphedrine.

Sonthert
Try using more, larger holes in your foil. Some people get headaches from poking a very few tiny holes in the foil, which makes it harder to hit and makes the smoke "harder". Poking more holes allows more air to mix in and eases the draw, making for hopefully less associated problems of CO, oxygen deprivation or nicotine content.
