Need help in fixing a small issue!!

Wassup People, I m working on a concept which is to make a portable sheesha. As well as customized in a way to be gifted to your friends on special occasions, normally people make sheesha with acrylic and put stickers or something similar to make it personalized.

Stuff I have used is HOBO Sheesha, Customized wine wooden case, which has a sliding lid. 

The process is simple need to make a hole in the wooden box on 1 side and the pipe goes in from there. on the lid I have personalized and made drawing and wrote my friends name. On the inside hobo would be in a steel bottle.

What I need help with is

1. HOBO sheesha is big and heavy, can I remove the purge valve and seal it as it wont fit in the box when sheesha is being used. 

2. Can I cut the stem as the size is long due to which cant use small bottle.

3. Would I need a closing chimney on the top or would the Klaoud be good for this set up

If needed can put pictures for the progress I have made till now. Friends Bday is in 1 week. 10th sept need to make it right by then.
