Custom Made Hookah - where do I get one?

Hi there,
I hope this forum is still alive, cause I got the following problem:
My fiancée's father is a shisha smoker, and one of the obsessive kind. So he can't do anything without shisha. Now I wanted to score some points for his birthday and want a handmade, individual shisha built for him. There are so many shisha stores online and also in our town, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. Wrong! I found nothing, absolutely nothing. They all have a wide range of products, but no way of making me a customized one.

I found 2 sources online, but the first one is far too expensive for me, this one from Germany:
