Caramellanne
So, my stupid critters running around knocked over my hookah about 3 weeks ago, shattering my only base. I ordered a new replacement base at socialsmoke.com and when it arrived...I was extatic... Well, I used it a couple times and normally I place my hookah on a towel so the ash doesnt get all over soo....I didnt notice anything wrong.... Last night, I couldnt get the stench out of my base so I filled it to the brim with water and some cleaner and left it overnight.... Came back in the morning and there was water all over my counter...hmm so I filled it up again and looked at the bottom and sure enough, there was a consistant leak...DAMMIT! I emailed socialsmoke, if I dont hear back tomorrow I will call...hopefully they will replace the damn thing...This is why I bought a mya acrylic today, im not meant to own a glass base! yashman19
Should probably get one of those electric collar/fence combos for your critters. Set up hookah : Check Set up electric fence around hookah : Check Put electric collars on puppies : Check That'll keep your doggies away from your hookah. If they get too close, ZAP! mushrat
even safer..order the hookah, but tell them not to ship it. Will be nice and safe in the warehouse
aronparsons
I had the vase of my SS Egyptian crack after only 2 months of ownership (around the neck, manufacturing defect). It was replaced with no hassle and some tobacco samples were included. I was a happy customer, so I'm sure they'll take care of you.
Caramellanne
You all CRACK me up! Yeah im not worried about it. I sent them an email and told them that if they wanted me to send the defective base to them for further inspection that I would... I cant wait to get my MYA Acrylic...if that fucking breaks, then I dont know what to do!

[LB]
that reererry sucks- but be careful leaving your vase full of water cause temperature change can make it crack or something- its happened to my vase before i had a really nice jezebelle one. Shavo989
Oh my lord. Next time keep your hookah stuff on a closet or something so Bruiser can't get to it  (sorry, I couldn't resist). Maybe instead of a closet you should just keep it in a room with the DOOR CLOSED, seeing that women named Carolanne have bad luck with two things, namely: -Fragile hookah bases and -Getting sucked into posessed closets

Anyways, this time however...my hookah was not tipped over, it had to be a defect in the bowl because it surely isnt something that I could have done...I circled the crack and the teeny weeny hole on the bottom just in case they do want me to send it back! bump
