Scalliwag
Damn, that is a pretty easy conversion there Mush. The dining/smoking area has coal friendly flooring. Put up some dark drapes that you can open and close at will. Any idea what maximum occupancy will be once that one area is closed off for kitchen space? I may have to use some air miles to fly out as well. Maybe Scott and I both and some of the others here could find a date to come out that fits the majority best

mushrat
Thanks guys. Anyone who comes to visit has a place to stay at my house. We have an extra room or two and lots of crash space. There are still lots of things that could go wrong, but here's to hoping.

Yep, flying is the only way I am going. Texas is a bit too far from NC Fly in and get comped to first class so I can drink crown and coke the whole flight. I will be fairly happy when I get there. When I get to that area though, don't tell Shiner, but I like Yuengling!!!! When I was in Va I thought a waitress was gettin freaky because she asked what I'd like and I asked her what she got and she told me I'd probably like some "ying-ling". I thought she had a funny nickname for the twins I am pretty sure the look on my face, the position of my eyes, and just maybe the "let's just see ying and ling!" comment indicated to her there's been a bit of a misunderstanding She did giggle and bring real good beer so I was still happy. Hell Mush, if you want us to come give you a hand with some stuff I am game on that too. As long as it is not any electrical or plumbing or framing or drywall or painting or flooring or cleaning stuff up I can probably handle it Ha!!! Anything that you do not have a licensed person doing I can help with bro. We can get some work done and some partying in as well. I like to stay busy. Scheetz
sounds awesome. By any chance have you picked a place that wholesales furniture? I haven't found anything in the VA NC area that I can go a pick stuff up at without paying for shipping. Really starting to piss me off, I just want some nice sturdy chairs and tables. Good luck with the loan. I know I was jumping up in down when I got that A'ok call.

JoeLipinski
Here is an idea for anyone that is considering opening a lounge. This would take some work but would be perfect for a hookah lounge! Bean bag sofa! On instructables there are instructions on how to make a bean bag whatever... sofa, loveseat, chair, bed. just go here and you will find the instructions. Here is a picture of what a bean bag bed looks like.
