hookah brother up
what are the pros and cons of the porcalin bowl, the stainless steal bowl, and the clay bowl? also, pros and cons of the multi bowl, like 2 or 3 bowl in 1? wouldnt it suck to have 1 part of the bowl burn tobacco while you have the other side lit and still fresh? that would suck cause you would have to repack the 2nd bowl. SanguineSolitude
stainless steel heats up too quickly but is more durable. tends to burn shisha. but you can use less coal with it. clay bowl.. cheap and work great. porcelain... do they make these? ive never seen one. skiracerj1
In my experience, the right bowl varies from tobacco to tobacco, I get the best results from my mya bowl with fumari, and the best tangiers results from using a clay egyptian. Any bowl can be made to work with anything though, its all about how much coal you use. The only time I smoked out of a stainless steel one it was pretty terrible, way too hot, but wupowedly my friend who got it was able to adjust his heat usage and get it working right. So in the end, just pick whichever style apeals to you the most, or be like me and end up owning like 10 bowls.
Sonthert
I've never seen a porcelein bowl, and I've seen many Myas. Porcelein is too porous to make an effective bowl. Clay/ceramic is the way to go, in my opinion. I've also never seen a stainless steel bowl...that stuff they call stainless steel is coated steel.
