Ya, they switched class on you. I'd be pretty pissed if i ecpected one stem style and got that one instead. It hits the hardest of the qt's. But its not what they picture and its not what they should have sent you.

I'd say a call tag for the hookah to be returned and them sending you the proper class is in order.

Once it is all said and done, don't forget to review the whole thing in the new Vendor Reviews in the Review section.

Yeah...most people go soley on which class of Qt they want when they order them... you shouldnt let them get away with that AND sending a cracked up vase. Thats just wrong, and careless on their part.

...You know, I have to say. Whenever I order from them, theres ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Smashed half sealed boxes of shisha, vases chipped, vases lopsided (the revolving mod base I bought had to be bent back after taking it apart), ripped stuff, chipped or cracked bowls. Its like they are the freakin seconds-bin of Hookah.

I noticed the same chip off my vase on the QT.

I figured i did it, but clearly its a manufacturing fault.

I doubt any store's gonna solve it for me though.

Thanks for the replies!...Yeah, I agree, the stem and chip/ding has been bugging me too much, I just can't let it go. So I just emailed hookah-shisha.com about getting an exchange or a full refund. Hopefully everything works out. I'll keep you guys posted.

i bought mine a while ago....

Figured i chipped it myself.

I live in Australia, so sending a vase over to China / dubai / USA is a bit of a pain in the arse

I'm a huge fan of H-S (that's where I got my C-class QT from), but I would definitely call them up and get this resolved.. You ordered a C-Class, based on their picture, and paid fulll price for an A-stock vase. You deserve both.

Aside from that; that's a hell of a nice order! 8)

I gotta say, even though your order is a little messed up, these things happen. Those guys will definitely make it right. I order from them all the time and the service is always great. My wife ordered me 3 250gr tubs of havana and made a mistake and hit the back button, which charged her card twice. when she got her statement and saw it, one call to hookah-shisha.com and they credited her immediately, no questions asked. no transaction number needed, just asked for her order number and the money was back in her acct the next day. Just call them or e-mail them and I'm sure they'll take care of it and probably throw you some tobacco or coals for the trouble.

Sucks you will have to wait a little longer to enjoy your hookah, but I'm sure all will work out in the end.

So here's an update...
I sent them an email on the November 16th and received a reply on the 20th. They told me that after looking into my order they realized that MYA sent them multiple stem styles. They said they can send the replacement with a pre-paid return label and I agreed.

The package was sent out on the 21st and I was suppose to receive it on the 29th but due to weather conditions it was delayed another day.

But it finally came and I'm pleased with it.

I guess the base sleeve was for my trouble.



I'm relieved not to find any major flaws with the hookah. Although when I looked at the bottom of the glass base, I did find something strange. If you look at the top half, the outer edge of the glass appears to be solid. Then the bottom half becomes hallow. I found it to be a little odd; however it didn't warrant another return.


I'm just happy that I can finally enjoy my hookah. The whole process amounted to almost a month. But everything worked out and like LuxOR541 said, "...these things happen"
