Guidlines for General Chat Section

Got a thread that you're itching to post, but it doesn't pertain to hookah? Than this section is for you!

I wanted to add another section besides the serious and joke section so we can better organize our threads. Now we can actually just keep the joke section for jokes, and the serious section for debates/political views etc... All the threads posted in the general hookah discussion section that are offtopic have been thrown in the serious section, most of which arn't really serious threads at all.

This section isn't really a big deal seeing as how the forum will be updated in the (near *hopefully) future, but it wouldn't hurt to stay organized for the time being...

I will slowly start moving threads to their appropriate sections for the time being.
