Ghaleon
I wish I had. And I deffintely will before I purchase a new product again. I just ordered a box of king coals. Are there any on the market that are better? Thanks again. -Ghaleon
Mathazar
Golden Coals, IMO, are the BEST quick-lights. You can pick them up at www.hookah-shisha.com I think, in my experience, 3Kings quick-light coals suck because they impart too much charcoal flavor into the smoke. If you'd like to try a GREAT Natural Wood Charcoal, head on over to www.HookahCompany.com and purchase the Nour Natural Coals. They were formulated to be flavorless & odorless, and they won't have you coughing your brains out. They're cylindrical in shape and look like logs, so you have to break-off bowl-size pieces of it to smoke. Then you have to heat them up on your kitchen stove and flip them like hotdogs on a grill in order completely disperse the heat thru-out so they get REDHOT. That's the only drawback, having to heat them up on the stove, the whole process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes. But once they're HOT, they last a long time. Give-em a try, at $7.00 per half kilo bag, you can't go wrong. I got a 1 kilo bag, and there are DOZENS of these long charcoal logs. I think you'll probably like these, as they don't have any of the starter chemicals associated with quick-lite and other charcoals
mikem
I really wish I would have searched this forum before I bought those coals too, they are completely worthless, they stink, make the tobacco taste horrible. My wife was pretty irritated when I lit one of those coals.
