I've been using Firefox as my main browser for a long time now,  and I've never experienced any problems with log-in.

Maybe if you delete your cookies in Firefox you might have a better chance of logging-in.

Go to the top of your screen,  click Tools,  click
Options,  click Privacy,  and click Clear All.  It could
be that you just need to clean-out your cookies and cache.  But
Click Clear All anyway.  That will clear-out all the Internet junk
you've collected on your computer from browsing the web.

I myself initiall had this same problem. I ended up downloading mozilla
firefox and it works fine. It seems to work on other sites that were
giving me problems as well.

I actually statred using mozilla thunderbird as my email program, as opposed to outlook. It works great.

Try registering again with the same name or something similair to
it.  Maybe the registration system just wasn't working too well
that day
