FAQ: All Your Hookah Info Is In Here **

Recommended Posts

No offense, that just looks like a collection of pics of diffrent products, and isnt really a good representation of even the diffrent types of hookahs, ones like egyptian, Syrian, Modern, Etc.

A all around FAQ would rock, but FAQ's are Frequently Asked Questions, not pics of alot of diffrent products XD

dont worry, this is just to throw up the pics

I havent had a chance to go back and type out everything, hence why I saved 2 more spots. I will finish it tomorrow after class. I will add everything to mixing of base types, to everything else that needs to be covered.

Eh still just kinda alot of pics of stuff, guess im just not one for a thread that takes a day and a half to load. PDF Files FTW XD

Haha, I can make them all PDF files.

But I also have a better idea. Get a better ISP or at the very least ditch that 28k laugh.gif

Going good so far, but I'll be waiting to pass judgment after everything is all said and done. Similar to what EL said, you're going to need all the different styles of hookah, not just a few of the major ones. And I don't think that the Stargate and QT deserve their own class, nor does any hookah. They should be in the "modern" and "junior" class. Hit up wikipedia for any missing info. Just off the top of my head you'll also need syrian, lebonese, etc etc. Each region tends to have their own style of hookah.

I think it is a great startoff thread. A good place to send newbies to along with hookahwiki. You can overwhelm newbies with too many details, but they need to see that there are variables early on so they understand there is a lot more than first meets the eye in the hookahworld.

Easy Lites are not Japanese...they are Chinese, as far as I know. Yes, I know the box says Japanese.

Those traditional hoses aren't traditional. They have detachable head pieces and the cloth tends to unravel.

You should also ask the owners of these images if you can borrow them, too. George is a little frustrated with people borrowing his images.

I think its important to show images of what the charcoal inside those boxes look like. As to images, you've got a lot of people on this forum with digital camera's I think we'd be happy throw some images to you so you can have them legally.

eh, yeah I just went about googling everything. I wasnt to worried about borrowing the photos as people buy from them all the time and they would be linked. But oh well, if its going to be that big of a pain in the ass then I will go about this a different way.
