Tobacco Import USA

I was just wondering...do they usually not respond to e-mail asking about what happened to my order? It's been about a week, and I ordered a QT, and some flavors and the only thing I got was an online merchant telling me that they processed my payments...no really?? But other than that...no confirmation email, no tracking, no response?

How was your experience with them?

How long does it usually take to ship from them??

ok...well talked to the guy and he said it shipped out yesterday...great i wont be getting it today. It took them 5 days to ship out...kind of a slow turn around time, huh? And then it will probably take another 3 days to arrive...

Well isn't that just great news! I've been having a horrible day today and its not even noon yet! I really could use some hookah tonight...

Well this is what I ordered. Cheapest I was able to find the QT online.  

I'm still kind of disappointed on their customer service part. They should have at least tried to inform me on the status of my order.

MYA direct has it for the same price with the hookahforum discount. Shipping is cheaper through MYA as well.

A friend of mine buys his Nakhla from them and he hasn't had any issues. Thing is their prices are good for their shisha ($5 a 250g of Nakhla) but they charge $10 for shipping for 2 boxes. Kinda silly.

sort of like Ebay, Buy something for 20 bucks and the damn shipping is 15 for a 1 pound item. God damn scams.

as far as I know, nobody was happy with the purchase from Tobacco Importers. I can only think of 1 or 2 people who have bought a hookah from them.

as far as I know, nobody was happy with the purchase from Tobacco Importers. I can only think of 1 or 2 people who have bought a hookah from them.


I could have sworn that was Taqseems other site..the one who was selling all the stargtes a while back.

I have ordered accessories from them before; they have great prices on bowl/windcover combos and Taj Windcovers. I don't remember any abnormal delays, but then again, it wasn't anything I needed right away. I will probably order from them again.

Though I would usually not put down a business like this, I would suggest finding other sites to order from, better yet support the vendors that are so helpful in this forum.

As some of you know, I ordered the QT from there, never received a confirmation order, nor a tracking number. I was left in the dark for close to a week and even then when I called in my order just has been shipped. They also told me they will send me my tracking number, to which I made sure they had my e-mail as well. Nothing.

Secondly, I received the hookah with a broken bowl, and e-mailed them about it. No reply, as expected. I'm not even going to bother emailing them, or calling about it because I have a funnel, and several bowls anyways.

Lastly, I think if you are planning to run an online business, please make sure your primary means of communication with the customer works. The e-mail. If you can't complete a simple task of creating a comforting relationship with the customer and keeping them informed, then you will get a bad review which in terms leads to less business generated, and finally, only maybe than, the owner might realize he is running his business wrong.
