It gets a little insulting when you understand the MYA packages.... Set a price. sell the product as the industry standard. Avoid pissing of the vets. I'm posting a pic (later) of the box of coals I received in their stead. South said that the coals were nice... but I've never seen them before. Call them and tell them to send the right stuff and a "call tag" for the wrong stuff. Worked for me. Custom: can you NOT turn every post into a comercial? I think this has been mentioned before and may cause action in the near future. You may REALLY want to set up a personal account for your personal input and keep the company account for company business. Consider this an informally formal request.. Their reply is that they sell their Mya hookahs differently than how Mya and other retailers sell them. Thanks for the help though, some people might not think of that themselves. Shalom. If you are out of a product you contact the customer before filling an order. Don't assume that what yo pick for them is going to be satifactory. Also if another company states that they do not have the same policies as others for something as mediocre as a jar it sounds like a place that tries to cut costs more than satisfy customers. Social Smoke, MNHookah are the only companies I have dealt with and both of them give extra stuff with orders. I know others do too. From what I am reading here I am not impressed. His post wasn't screaming "yeah southsmoke sucks order from me instead." He was just giving us the point of view of someone who actually owns a business, specifically an online hookah retailer. He was enforcing the idea that customer service is a #1 priority, and pointing out a valid point that you cannot please everybody. The only thing that I can see that could possible be considered to be "turning it into a commercial" would be: But, I have that system in place and it still happens that I counted inventory incorrectly or I took one of the tobacco jars to smoke for myself and I forgot to decrease inventory...lol Except, he is pointing out that even with standard procedures, it's easy for a company to screw up. I keep getting the idea i've seen those coals before...theres a thing where I live called the Faerie Festival, and I'm FAIRLY certain I saw those coals being used for incense burners.
