DizzyGuy
The buzz is based on the nicotine... so there is some brands that are "washed" and some that are "unwashed"... the unwashed have more nicotine and thus give more buzz... but if you are immune to nicotine, than you really won't feel much
aronparsons
You could try using warmer water as I believe it provides less filtration. Different brands also have different amounts of nicotine; AF always has 0.05%, but Starbuzz varies by flavor. I don't like the buzz that I receive from tobacco much, but I know that smoking on an empty stomach or while tired delivers that unwanted buzz. Good luck figuring it out. CaliforniaRose
I stated this in an earlier thread, taking a break from smoking is likely to return your buzz since it is possible you have developed a tolerence for nicotine.
art_official
hm ya i mean i smoke liek 2-3 tiems a day so im sure my tolerance for it is higher than mt.everest lol but i also smoke mostly starbuzz...i used to get it wwhen i smoked layalina so im guessing sb has a low nicotine content
_smoke_rings_
the buzz comes from a) the nicatine, and lack of oxygen.....just keep hitting it, without taking normal breaths of air
[LB]
there really isnt that much nicotine content, i definently think its mostly from oxygen deprivation, but you do get a stronger buzz based on what brand your smoking, so i think whatever the nicotine content, it greatly increases the buzz from lack of oxygne, if you want a seroius buzz smoke some tangiers! MR Bubble
Another technique I use for maximum buzz is alteration of the holes in the foil. Concentrate them more toward the center of the bowl. You want your hole pattern to be no larger than your coal. Less fresh air coming in= more hot air cooking the massell=more smoke=more buzz. This also means greater chance of burning too, along with a bowl not lasting very long, and more potential coughing. Hey, nobody ever said it would be easy. Pieces
Also, if you're looking for a buzz, don't use SB. SB tobacco is washed twice as much as any other brand, so there's hardly any nicotine left.
