Cold weather damage?

The rule of Tangiers. Keep your tobacco in the same place you plan on smoking. So if your tobacco has been in the cold climate of the garage, move it like you did into the house where it can acclimate to the new temperature environment. I'd actually recomend you pop off all the lids to your tobacco containers and let them adjust to the air that way for a good couple of hours.

Then just wait a day or two to smoke your tobacco. I doubt it really got hurt just from some cold weather.

Now sitting in a 140 degree car on a hot day, now that could mess with your tobacco.
