Lakemonster Posted December 2, 2006 Share Posted December 2, 2006 force fluids. (not alcohol) get your system hydrated again by drinking plenty of water. Vitamin B12 helps. Captain Courageous Posted December 2, 2006 Share Posted December 2, 2006 yep, drink plenty of water... eat plenty of food and take in some sugar as well... sugar helps I hear but what seems to help me most often is just drinking a ton of water and eating a few good meals. Victim026 Posted January 13, 2007 Share Posted January 13, 2007 A hangover isn't a lack of hydration, the alcohol in your bloodstream destroys the vitamins in your system.... Number one thing to do before you go to sleep after you've been drinking is to take a good multivitamin, then when you wake up in the morning take another 2 and get a good meal.
