art_official
whats the reasoing on carbonated liquids in the base? i got some orange tangiers which i mixed wiht an old labeless pineapple i have from a while back it was great. but tonight at dinner while enjoying one of my favorite beverages: cactus cooler, i noticed that it wasnt just orange, but in fact...orange pineapple! i doubt it would change anyhting but would the co2 bubbles alter any components of the smoke? and just for shits and giggles:
DarthHookah
have you ever taken a half empty bottle of coke and inhaled? the CO2 burns your throat. better to make the beverage flat before you use it. or better yet, dont worry about putting anything in the water at all, since i have never noticed a difference in the smoke. just drink the drink while smoking. the flavors should compliment each other well, i do it all the time. to me, putting jice or other fluids in vases just makes it harder to clean out. stick with water. this message has been brought to you by the letter N, the number Death, and 40 million Ninjas. El Duderino
I've opened a fresh bottle of pepsi and used that in my base. The first 3-4 puffs are strong as hell from the CO2, but after that, the strong sensation leaves, and you're left with just the coke flavor. Scheetz
yeah, basically your head spins for the first few minutes from the added CO2, then it will dissipate. I highly suggest you let the soda go flat before using it. Maybe put a straw into the can first and blow into it so it bubbles up and makes it go faster. I am not sure if that works, never had to do that n all my Chemistry classes. But I am a H2O man myself, I don't add anything to the water. If I want some compliments to the flavor I drink something that will help it.
art_official
hm glad i checked, i figured the co2 would play some sort of role in the chemistry but i couldnt find why i thought that ive never done anything but water myself i was just curious

Scheetz
if your bashing coke, then I don't think I can ever agree with a post you ever make in the future. COKE FOR THE WIN. Pepsi is cheap crap, just like Britney Spears. Hence why she markets it.

Macho555
Once I used flavored seltzer water as vase water, It seemed like a great idea, until I puffed and my breath was taken away...not only that but once you take a good draw, the water fizzes like a son of a bitch. I never tried it again with flat stuff.
