I got an e-mail from them that they were offering free ups ground shipping until x-mas so i decided to place an order for some much needed coals and some Al Amir Cherry. Ordered last thursday and came in today (monday). my order was processed and completed within hours (benefits of ordering early in the day and being in the same time zone of the company i guess). everything came in perfect order and professionally packed. it even came with a 10% off next purchase flyer!

overall im very satisfied going thru them. i ordered my first hookah thru them years ago which was way overpriced IMO. didnt order from since but decided to drop an order considering their free shipping deal. i give them an A based on this transaction. i mentioned the shipping deal on the board and i know some members already took advantage. look foward to reading their experiences on here as well. enough chat time to smoke that cherry!

I did get some Al-Amir shisha and The Queen Hookah from them, everything came in excellent condition, was a little too steep for my taste about 150 for the hookah and the shisha but everything was very well packed. Smokes like heaven to. Would definately do buisness with them again.

well august of 06, i purchased some bubbly lights, some mouth pieces, several tubs of al-waha tobacco (sour apple x2, blackberry, peach, and several others that i have since thrown out sad.gif ), al-fahkir (plum), a wind cover, a new bowl, some coals , a new hose and some hookah hose covers.

As for the customer service they were great, but as for the tobacco the al-waha seemed very dry and stale. the taste was terrible. I was very upset as to the quality of the tobacco. I had never smoked that brand before, and it was nasty. like i said, i believe that it was old.
The lights and everything else was great, the plum (al fahkir) was great and fresh.

The hole thing set me back about 163.00 (very steep) with shipping and recieved the items in about 10 days. (ground shipping).

I paid with paypal and it was a semi decent experience.

I tried to purchase again but the site no longer accepts paypal. sad.gif but oh well.

I just ordered my very first hookah with them. A 28'' Egyptian, came with a box of 3kings, and 2 250g of AA. I am excited to see how it turns out.

A little slow on the processing, infact i had to call and bump up my shipping since i am going out of town for a week, the whole thing set me back about $145...we shall see. I might move to hookahcompany.

I ordered my first hookah from this site a little over a month ago as well...it was "The Queen 32'"...the price was steep...but all of the hookahs that are similar at other sites were right around the same price range...i cant really comment on the quality of the product because ive only smoked out of 1 other hookah at a hookah bar...this seems to compare pretty well i guess...

the looks of the hookah is better than any other i saw (main reason i bought it as i didnt know at the time that certain ones were made better/different than others)...the hoses are a little cheapy...but everything other than that seem to be made pretty well...

the shipping price is great as they have a flat $5.00 rate, which beats any other site...even if just shisha/an accessory is bought....the shipping was on key...processed within the day...and shipped on the day it said it was gonna be shipped...



on another order...ordered some layalina and al fakher shisha along with a box of coals...once again...great shipping rate and was shipped on the date promised and processed within the day...everything was up to par as far as quality also...

Ordered my first hookah from them; the 28"/3 hose sapphire ballerina. It came with 3 things of naklah and 2 rolls of coals as well as some mouth pieces. Everything was perfectly packed and was overstuffed with packing peanuts. I also picked up some fumari shisha and that came in its own overstuffed box as well (all that for a bag of shisha). Also the shipping charge was a flat 5$ even with my 110$ purchase which was a nice thing.

The only problem I have is that the hoses seem quite cheap but I am planning on upgrading them anyways so they are fine for a start out set.

I ordered some grommits, shisha, a wind cover, and cleaning brushes from these guys. everything arived in great condition. the only problem was that they sent me a bowl grommit instead of a hose grommit. i emailed the company and they shipped me out the correct one no questions asked. great service!
one last thing i would like to mention is their shipping is based on what you buy, instead of different levels like most places. thus, shipping with thehookah is often cheaper.

This past week I ordered 2 Kilos of Coals, about a kilo of shisha, and a witch (free). I immediately got an email confirming hte order ahd been submitted as well as a summary. The next day i had been told it was processed, and later that day I got a tracking number. The package came on time, actually in two packages, very well wrapped, and no issues. Overall the process was flawless, and all my stuff was there. Great service.

On 10/31 (late) we ordered a 32" saphire blue "The Queen", which included the 4 hoses, nice looking hoses sleeves, a couple rolls of coals, three flavors of our choice and the coal tongs. $139.

Email confirmations kept us well informed every step of the way, including a tracking number once it shipped.

The order arrived on 11/6. It was very nicely packaged, with lots of peanuts and no shipping damage at all. It looks awesome!

Upon closer inspection, there is a crack in the metal base, one of the 4 hoses is almost entirely restricted (tho not visibly) and the bottom of the vase is so uneven (real thick glass on one side and paper thin on the other) that there is a tiny hairline crack. Disappointed would be an understatement.

None of these issues do I blame on Thehookah.com or UPS tho. They all appear to simply be manufacturing problems.

I emailed Thehookah that night and received a reply about noon the next day requesting pics. Pics have been sent as of 4pm.

I think that Thehookah.com is handling this difficulty in a prompt and professional manner and hold no ill will. I'll update as info arrives.

Follow-up: Thehookah.com received my pics and is sending me replacement parts along with a UPS return postage label with which I will return to them the faulty parts. At no cost to me.

Sounds good to me. A little frustrating, but unavoidable.

Follow-on Follow-up: Replacement parts arrived 11/19. Look great. Folks from TheHookah were kind enough to call personally to answer a question about transferring the base LEDs. Very cool!

Messed up parts are on their way back to TheHookah and as soon as I get over this crappy cold, we'll be putting coals to this Queen! biggrin.gif Edited by Duffer

Trust Worthy and Fanastic for International / overseas buyers, every thing comes boxed and wraped nicely and very clear for the postal service! Although the wind cover i got through them doesnt reflect the one I orderd from the site, but thats only a minor issue which i will take up with them, i give them a A- and two thumbs up! 8.5/10 cool.gif Edited by quickbyname

Thehookah was extremely helpful to me, answered every question I had via phone, returned my calls, etc etc. Everything I ordered came on time, but! the only issue I had was that when I bought my 4 port from them, the hose covers never came with the order, but instead showed up 1 month later lol... but i didn't care because I bought 4 new mya ones... 9/10.

Bought a hose that was supposed to be washable, and in fact was not washable. Thehookah was told by KM that the hose was washable and it wasn't. After I washed it once the thing smelt and tasted horrible. George from thehookah said he didnt want the hose back, was going to refund me in full. So I decided to cut up the hose and post pictures for people to have for future reference.

I want to thank George at thehookah because he was willing to do whatever it took to make/keep me happy. He reiterated over and over on the phone that it's always a learning experience, and all he ever wants from his customers is for them to happy and he will do whatever it takes for that to happen.

TheHookah.com, you guys are the shit, if anyone on this forum wants to buy something, and it is on thehookah.com, and you want to support an honest and hard working company that deserves our money, buy from them you will not be dissapointed!

I bought five 50g boxes of AF. Took around 4-5 days to get here. When it arrived the cappaccino had leaked everywhere and the apple expired. I gave them a call and they shipped out a replacement of both flavors and gave me a complimentary 50g box of shisha. The customer service there is amazing.

Yesterday, after i got off work, I drove down to TheHookah. I was amazed to see the shop because of all the KMs they had in stock. i meet the whole crew, there was about 4 guys. i did buy a 36in KM and love it. The whole experience was great and all the guys were awesome. i highly recommend that everyone stop by talk a bunch buy a bunch and smoke a bunch. thanks The hookah you all are okay in my book.

I made an order for a medium phunnel bowl with them on 16/10, it was processed instantly and was internationally dispatched the next day. Incredibly fast. I was using the EMS shipping. Reached my country on the 21st and I received the package on the 22nd. Wow! From now on, I will always be using the EMS shipping option (i'm still waiting for my order from mnh to come, ordered on the 8th of oct). They packaged the bowl really well, it was completely covered with bubble wrap and still lots of packing peanuts in the box! Really awesome job from these guys. Will be ordering from them again!

*Update*

thehookah.com called me 3 days later and started apologizing, at this point it's beyond way past time to do something. So they resent the JM Kahlua to me. It got here so I will give them props for that.

Still sticking with never ordering from them again. If this is how I was treated by them with just 2 boxes of shisha, I would hate think what would happened if I ordered a hookah and there was a problem with it.

I ordered a KM Tri-Metal and some glass cleaner. Everything arrived today (ordered placed March 26th). The hookah appears to be free of defects, but I haven't smoked it yet. Packaging was good, I'm satisfied overall with the transaction, but I wish they shipped international orders more frequently (currently it's once or twice a week at most).

I ordered the 10 50g packs of Al Fakher, and a 25 count box of ShishaCo charcoal. (My first order from anywhere, ever.) Two of the flavors that I ordered were out of stock. I was informed a day after my ordered were out of stock. They informed me via an SMS text message (which I opted into when I ordered). The next day, the order shipped. It took 5 days to arrive (1 more than what is on their site, but its not their fault, its UPS). When my order arrived, one box obviously had leaked a little bit, and one of the boxes the plastic had come off a bit. When I emailed them about it, they said that they couldn't send me replacement boxes, but that the next time I ordered with them, if I left a note about it with my order, they would throw in a box of each for free, which I thought was reasonable.

I would suggest them, and I will be ordering from them again. They have some of the lowest prices I could find, and their shipping prices are also great.

i have given up on these guys..i placed a small order about $50 and there system keeps showing everything is in stock so i order and pay and then 3 days later they call and leave me a messege saying certain items are out of stock and to give them a call..so i call them and they have the worse customer service in man kind history..your only able to be on hold for 2 minutes while you listen to the worst music created and then they tell you to leave a name and number and they will cal you..so i do and i get a call 4 hours later..and every item i suggested switching my items with is out of stock..how the hell do these guys stay in business? i went from a $50 order to being only $7!!!..very lame vendor and will quit smoking hookah before i ever order from these clowns ever again..

They way I see that it's a sleazy business tactic.
1) They didn't make it right, right then (Bad Business)
2) Offer for free next order, means they are trying to get more money from you with a new order.
3) If they are willing to replace them for free next order, why not now?
4) Leaves it open for, "We don't have any record of that."

I got my first order from thehookah at February: KM Ice Chiller 38", 3*250 Starbuzz pack and Coconaro coals. All comes in safe. Now, I ordered some Fantasia, two bowls and KM Pro Hose. Must say international dispatch sucks. Tired of waiting my orders. First was about 5 weeks, lol, second ordered on the 11 of oct and I'm still waiting for it.
