bradfordr
Ok, so I've got Tangiers and Starbuzz, just got them today. I've also got these tupperware containers. My question is, should I leave the tobacco in a ziplock bag inside the tupperware containers, or should I just leave the tobacco itself in the tupperware container? DizzyGuy
My advice... put it in ziplock that you put in tubberware...

JoeLipinski
as strange as it may sound, I have my tobacco in some kind of container such as tubberware or a metal tin (starbuzz container). Then I put all of my tobacco that I normally smoke inside of my fridge in one of the drawers. This keeps the tobacco nice and moist, and I haven't really had any loss of flavor from doing it that way.
DizzyGuy
I find my ziplock leaks smells more... the "double bagging" the stuff keeps it nice for me... and some of the gladware things that I had gotten were a tad on the cheap side so if you put it in both, it works great
SanguineSolitude
nice and moist joe? the fridge is quite a bit drier than your average outside air. refridgeration is generally agreed upon as not good for shisha. unneccessary and acclimates teh tobacco to an environment you wont be smoking in. not good. JoeLipinski
it is not always about moisture in the environment around the tobacco. During the summer, the heat dries up my tobacco. It is not stored in sunlight, but we don't have whole house air, so the heat dries up the tobacco. I have never found putting the tobacco in the fridge to be a problem with me. This seems to be the best place FOR ME... maybe not for you. and if you would like me to take a picture of my hookah tobacco that has been sitting in the fridge to prove to you how moist the tobacco stays, I will ;-) .
