She told me she would talk to her manager about it and call me back. About 30 mins later, She calls me right up. They're gonna be sending me a replacement bowl and vase within the next couple of days. I asked them if they wanted me to ship them out the faulty ones and they said no, so thats pretty cool of them. It just kinda taints your first purchase you know? ha Overall i'm satisfied though. I figured I would have to pay some shipping charges or something.
