Call the supplier where you bought the hookah and ask them. 
Although,  if you broke that piece off,  I'd say that you're
pretty much out of luck unless you know a good welder who can weld it
back on.

If I were you,  and I didn't have alot of money to spend on an
expensive new hookah,  you guys could go the cheaper route and get
yourselves some small one hose hookahs.

They sell a 13 inch one hose hookah for $29.95,  and I'm sure it
does just as good a job as my 18 inch Sultan Hookah,  which smokes
incredibly well.  Smaller hookahs are a great buy and REALLY get
the job done well

If you want a quick fix that might work you might try JB Weld. I
checked their website and its not suppose to be toxic.  Good luck
in getting that fixed.

Buying a couple new  $30 hookahs would be your best bet, 
because then all your friends can have their own hookahs to experiment
with

You could easily buy a new stem for around $40 at almost any online hookah store.

If you buy a stem from Hookah-Hookah,  make sure you buy their
PERSIAN STEMS. The Persian Stems have the "Auto-Seal System", 
which will mean that when someone else takes a hit,  you don't
have to cover-up your mouthpiece to make the hookah airtight. 
Plus,  Hookah-Hookah's stems are stainless steel.
