Evil_Spork
hookah smoke acts much like pot smoke if you have any experience.it will leave a smell that lingers for a while but it goes away. it wont leave any lasting smell like cigarettes do.for instance, ive smoked in my car before. we had a good 45minute session while driving(be safe, use washed tobacco, please) and my car smelled like the flavor for about a day after. another time i did the same, but left the windows open for about 20 minutes and the smell was gone completely. The Cameron
i put it on the floor in the middle of my truck, i have a truck with bench seats. i put it in a big coffee can, and we filled the coffee can with ice around it, then we surrounded the coffee can with a blanket. moosepotatoes
I smoke in my house everytime I smoke with hopes of making it smell good, but I can never smell a damn thing.
DizzyGuy
Eh, pot smoke lingers more IMO. Incense smells more like burning than hookah smoke and you'll have just a slight scent for awhile, which mayb not even be that long. I only smoke indoors and really it makes the room smell better if you can smell it at all.

Glottis
I would say that you can always tell if someone just smoked indoors, but doesn't leave a recognizable lasting scent. Let me put it this way: in two different house rentals with a no-smoking rule at which I smoked indoors regularly for about a year, I received the deposit back in full. EvansLight
Yea i smoke indoors quite often. Except for right next to the hookah, the house just smells like the flavor im smoking. After im done, it takes me 10 minutes for the air to smell normal and leave no lingering effects. I would say though, in a jam, Renuzit air freshener works best XD

killajakez
Nope, no lasting smell. At worst it will take 5 hours for it to go completely away, usually in an hour it's completely gone.
