How old are your friends?Back on topic - The day my asian mom smokes is a very cold day in hell. She's very proper and old fashioned. Hell, I can't believe she didn't beat the shit out of me the first time she learned I smoked hookah. It took a while, but I finally softened her up to me smoking.As for my dad, he used to be a big time cigg smoker. Smoked ever since he was 17, but quit around age ~39. I don't want to have ANY part of him accidentally getting back hooked on nicotine, even if it is just hookah, so I'll never ask him to smoke. There isn't a legal age to smoke in the US, only to purchase tobacco. If anyone can find any information that says otherwise, let me know. However, most of the sites with any information on smoking ages are anti-smoking, so they won't explicitly say that there isn't a legal age to smoke, but I have yet to see them say anything otherwise.
