Can you sew it back on? If not, stop by a thrift store and pick up a sweet vintage suitecase for a few bucks and some foam from a craft store and make yourself a hard shell case for less than 10 bucks, including gas. Then, take pictures of it and share it with the forum!

go to a shoe repair place. Chances are they repair zippers (my boots... urgh. I have about 6 pairs of big ass intimidation/dommie boots, and the zippers break all the time XP)

They replaced the zipper completely for me... Well, my plastic zipper got a kink in it somehow, so they had to replace it. If your zipper is in perfect shape, is it possible you could just sew it back on yourself?

Thanks for the help Allia I droped off my bag at a shoe repair shop and will recieve it on Monday. I did go to one shop that asked $70 for repairing the bag. (I think they did that because they recognized a friend who was with me who got into an arguement with the owners) The second shop where I left the bag charged my $25 damn I am glad I posted this instead of chucked the bag.
