DizzyGuy
Very nice! Is the draw the same? Not being the same size base towards the bottom, is it pretty stable?

xpimpitox
if i ever jump the qt/bambino bandwagon my decision is gonna be tough...maybe i should stick to my bohemian
Erica
hhhmm... that is a tough question.....They both smoke really well....They are basically priced the same....I guess it would just depends on which on you like the look of better..the balance is really good on the qt.. but on the Bam it's not bad at all... its actually pretty good for the size..I actually am liking the bambino a little better than the qt at the monent.. it seems as if it is made a little better. Erica
Another thing I like about the Bam better than the QT is the peice you put the bowl on... oN the QT the bowl usually goes all the way down to the tray, on the bam the bowl fits exactly like the myas bo's much better thant he Qts
DizzyGuy
OH YEAH, forgot to ask... how is the purge valve? Did the fix the purging probs on the bam?

xpimpitox
i think he is referring to not being able to fully clear the chamber somethin like that. anybody else know???
DizzyGuy
Yeah, the not completely being able to purge the smoke. Alot of QT people have complained. It purges enough for me when I'm smoking though
Zerodynamic
ohh i am very interested to hear how it turned out.
rattler
I'm sure he's talking about not being able to clear all the smoke...Having some smoke left has never bothered me though. It looks like in the picture of the stem that it will clear the same way as the QT...Am I right Erica?

Twang
Does the purge valve or stem adapter unscrew?
LUXOR HOOKAHS
Erica:You mentioned that the stem bases looked about the same size. Did you try to swap stems? This would make for some interesting combo's if they are interchangable.

web250
Seems like it smokes excellent. Looks like the QT could have some competition here on the boards finally.
[LB]
Erica is it possible to switch the vases around? i really like that bambino vase, not so much the stem., Its almost worth buying the bambino just for that.

Erica
Yes, the problem with being able to clear the vase is still there... even worse in the Bamino..I personally rarely ever clear out the smoke.. but for those of you that like ALL of the smoke to be out of thse vase.. you wouldn't like this one.I was thinking about it.. and I can't think of one pipe I own that all of the smoke clears out of... *shurggS*
