No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

I'm pretty sure the first "No Good Deed" even happened a month or so before i joined the forums, and now i just had my second.

Instead of restating both, blogs to the rescue!!

Nothing that elaborate is coming to my mind.

I try to do good deeds just for the sake of trying to do the right thing, butI must admit that it chaps my ass to no end when I hold the door for someone and don't even get a "thank you."

It's often 16-28 year old women who are the worst offenders here- some of them seem to think that simply having a vagina entitles them to special treatment. "Look at me! Frat boys want to bang me, therefore I'm better than everyone else! You should thank ME for the opportunity to hold that door while I walk past you."
