LUXOR HOOKAHS
I went to my local middleastern store to see what they had. I spoted a new box in the NAKHLA section. It was labled FAKHFAKHINA made by NAKHLA. Bought a 250GR container of apple, took it home and opened it and to my supprise it's packed in it's own little tupper ware. Then I opened the bag inside the container and again to my supprise no "anise" smell. The consistancy was the same as regular NAKHLA but a little more juicy.Fired up the QT, got plenty of smoke and alot of apple flavor (no anise twist though). I would highly recomed this one for the apple lovers.
smiley
That is one of my favorite Flavors not to many people carry it or have smoked it. Man it is soo good. Try adding some fresh squeezed apple juice and milk to your vase. Qt is what you have. I would use half of a shot glass of milk and a cup of fresh juice the rest ice and water. Not to much milk though it bubbles up into milk bubbles and gets in your hose. Yuk Cheese.Smiley
[LB]
i like the anise- but i think your confusing apple with double apple. Regular apple flavors never have anise, it is only the dapple that has anise in it- so i bet if you bought fakhafina dapple it would have anise, and i know that nakhala regular apple does not have an anise kick to it. web250
Eghhh...any apple is better than 2 apple. That anise flavor is a cruel twist.
pavlakos
i disagree, i think the anise taste kicks ass. and i have smoked nakhla dapple(fakhafakhina) and it did have anise, u mustve smoked reg. apple like LB said.
LUXOR HOOKAHS
LB / PavlakosThat's correct, I chose the single apple not the double apple.I was looking for something without the anise (OUZO) tast. I like this much better than the Pharoaz 3 apple that supposedly has no anise, (alot cheaper too NAKHLA = $3.99 Pharoaz = $12.99)Again, If your not looking for the anise tast in your apple, this one is for you. LUXOR HOOKAHS
From what I've been able to find out I beleive the FAKHFAKHINA line of tobaccos from NAKHLA is their version of a premium tobacco. It has more flavor than their regular tobacco.
joetuo
I have only ever heard of Fumari FAKHFAKHINA up until this point and it is a really really good red apple/cherry smoke. The stuff is awesome.

shisha fan
i have some nakhla fakhfakhina fruits molasses here and i love that stuff. the smell is very sweet but kind of weird. i bought it from this small smoke shop in amsterdam a year ago and they were having a sale for 5 euros a can, so i picked a few up (50g packs of nakhla usually sell for 5 euros around here, so that was a steal). the little tin can is sweet and conserves the molasses very well. It tastes like pretty good fruit mix, but with perfume, or air freshner added! Its messed up IMO
