I have never had any people coming back and complaining about it...yet?It could just possibly be that its a dud. I don't know whether or not there are different manufacturers for this type of hookah, so I can't really say that its because you bought from a certain company. There is from time to time a dud in hookah production...but usually these get tossed when under inspection?Other than that, I do not know what to say? Possibly report the problem to socialsmoke? Lakemonster Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 I believe there was a trend with things rusting and seizing.. and someone had something rust through.The problem with the acrylic piece was the first problem I heard about. Stargates were one of those hookahs that were all the rave.... then the problems started and it was like they dropped out of existence...... But everything started to fall apart and sieze up. The thread rusted together and the glass seal came apart. good luck with that. I think thats the most I have spent on a object to help prop the door open. Or it also makes for a great weapon. Just in case you have a break in. But for smokeing thru not so much. I would try to fix all of the problems or Use it for one of the above uses. In fact I just posted this in a thread not too long ago..The problems you stated are NOT uncommon...You just picked out a bad pipe..A nice peice of art.. but not a good pipe.
