Something similar happened to me, and it turned out that they had accidentally sent my order to the wrong customer. Two directly out of my mail programm and the other one off the socialsmokehookah website (contact form)...I already ordered two times and everything gone alright, very fast shipping and very nice contact but now..... Alp Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 That sounds interesting, I also placed an order on 11th of month and it is still not yet shipped.I used to have the shipment in ups express but this time by choosing the shipping method there is a statement : "Error - Please call or email Customer Service".I contact Iman from ss and he told me to give him 24 hour to fix it but it didnt work.So i purchased via EMS.Today ups express is still disabled and i couldnt get an answer from Iman.And as I mentioned above it is still not shipped, inspite of emailing him about it too.
