Mathazar
I ordered some ma'assel other than Hookah-Hookah. Yep, that's right, I'm starting to get tired of Hookah-Hookah. Their flavors are too inconsistant for me, and the flavors I do like are just sitting in my cabinet getting old. I just placed an order for Al-Fakher Apple & Apricot, and Romman Apple, Double Apple, Orange, and Lemon. I'm going back to my roots which are AF & Romman. King Mo was right when he said that AF was great tobacco, it really is. I've been smoking AF Cola for the past few days and it's so much better than Hookah-Hookah, both in smootheness and flavor consistancy. And AF & Romman last much longer than Hookah-Hookah which means I'm getting more bang for the buck. Hookah-Hookah could be good if they changed the cut of the tobacco and added more syrup, I think it would probably last alot longer. Hookah-Hookah keeps telling me that they've got new flavors coming-out, and that they're due to be released soon. Each week they tell me that it will be available during the week, but one week turns into two weeks which then turns into a month and then two months. Well, I'm sick and tired of waiting for Hookah-Hookah to follow-thru on their promises. To me at this point in time they're just empty promises. I'm going back to the good stuff. The stuff that got me hooked on hookah smoking in the first place. Nothing compares to the quality and consistancy of Al-Fakher and Romman. Sorry for over-selling Hookah-Hookah in the past. Only once did I ever get free jars from them, and it was because of the reviews I had written. I was never trying to convince anyone that Hookah-Hookah was better than other brands, I simply was moved by the flavors and the smootheness of the tobacco. But, there are better tobaccos available, and Hookah-Hookah has a LONG way to go in becoming a highly-rated company. Right now, they're just too inconsistant in the quality of their ma'assel, and with their "No Return Policy", that just ends-up costing the consumer more money. I now can honestly say thru my experience with Hookah-Hookah that you're buying at your own risk. So Buyer Beware! Hookah-Hookah does NOT always deliver quality tobacco. Romman & Al-Fakher, on the other hand, do deliver the quality that people expect

MonkeyBiz
Well, looks like I know what I'm buying from now on. Good to see that there's an honest review or two around.
MR Bubble
Well Mathazer, I don't know if you read my review of the pinapple, but that was some yummy stuff. So far, That and Hazelnut are really good. You are right: they are new and have a lot of growing to do. There is a lot of promise with them and I would be very interested to see hoe they taste a year from now. Just wish they would find another type of tobacco. I DO plan on trying the Margarita, I just didn't get time today, even though I had the intention. Since I finally finished my beer last night, I guess it's time to begin "Operation Quit Cigs." So I guess I will be doing a bowl or several each night. Mathazar
I did read your Pineapple review, I apologise for not posting in response, but you really hit the nail on the head with the Pineapple, as it's one of the few Hookah-Hookah flavors I do actually like quite a bit. And, no, I'm definitely not brave enough to try Nakhla Mixed Fruit
Mathazar
Don't misunderstand me, I do like some Hookah-Hookah flavors still, but I smoke them so often that it just starts getting old after awhile, and then I start craving other flavors. The problem with Hookah-Hookah right now is that there really aren't that many flavors to choose from. I was told that sometime in the next month or two they would have 20 new flavors available, and some of them look damn interesting! But for the time being I'm stuck smoking the flavors I have in my closet: Margarita, Pineapple, and Hazelnut. I know, as good as Margarita and Pineapple are, how could I possibly get tired of those wonderful flavors? The answer is simple, I smoke them all the time, hour after hour and day after day. I've got Margarita coming out of my ears What I really want is some good Watermelon, but Fumari is out-of-stock and Hookah-Hookah won't have Watermelon available for at least a month. Ho-hummmm.......I've got so much Hookah-Hookah Margarita, Pineapple, and Hazelnut, enough to last me at least a month. I would be climbing the walls if I hadn't placed an order for some Al-Fakher and Romman. Thankgod for those brands of ma'assel, I won't have to smoke my Hookah-Hookah for much longer. Maybe I should just give it all away to you guys

cypress
Thanks Mathazar for the stuff, I only had one chance to smoke it this weekend, and I tried the pineapple but I didnt try it by itself. Two of my friends came over and they were interested in trying AF coconut and HH pineapple( Pina Colada). Let me say that in my opinion that was a great combination. We kind of got the best of both worlds. I got the long lasting, and thick smoke of AF. The flavor of the pineapple in the mixing was awsome as well. My mixture was a 50/50 ratio. I would give this rating a 9.5. There were not complaints from us 4. In fact we ended up smoking with 2 hookahs with the same stuff. Each bowl lasted about 1.5 hours with 1.5 to 2 coals. We also smoked AF mixed fruit. I don't know if any one has done a review on this yet but if not I will be writing one in the next few days. To give an insite on my review it was awsome. Mathazar
Yeah, the Pineapple is pretty f**kin good. You ought to try it on it's own sometime. If you liked the Pineapple, I think you're gonna LOVE the Margarita since it is a pure Lime flavor, though you don't really taste any Tequila. Looking forward to your reviews, cypress The stuff in that Al-Amasi bag should be Orange. It's hard to tell what's in it, because everything is in Arabic. But, I'm pretty sure that it's Orange, and not a bad flavor either
Mathazar
Ahhh.....Wonderful!!! My Romman & AF will be here tomorrow. And I've got 15 (500g) bags of Lemon Wood Coals arriving on Friday. Along with all the Hookah-Hookah ma'assel I've got stashed away, I'm going to be set for ma'assel & coals for a good long time
cypress
Yea I went ahead and ordered a few extra bags of coal myself. I didnt want to waste any money on shipping so I ordered some more AF from Southsmoke along with the vase.

Roketsloth
Mathazar, hearing you bash someone for inconsistancy is an utter joke. I haven't been on here in a month, and in that time you've gone from wearing hookah-hookah as a hat, raving about their tobacco 24/7 for weeks...to saying that they're inconsistant, have a long way to go, there are better flavors, blah blah. So hypocritical.
Mathazar
Well, if you haven't been on here for a month, then you would have missed-out on all the posts from everyone whose tried Hookah-Hookah and how we all agree that the flavor has gone downhill in recent weeks. It's true, I did rave about them, but that was because I was getting good flavored tobacco. But, in recent weeks, their flavors have gotten worse. Some people think it's a quality control problem, I think it's that they pack their tobacco fresh in ziplock bags and I just think the freshness doesn't stay with the tobacco over time. It's got a very poor shelf-life. Some of the flavors I raved about have really gone down hill, while other flavors have consistantly been good time-after-time. The first time I ordered Hazelnut, it was excellent. The second time it sucked. Why? I don't know. The first time I ordered Margarita, it had a minty/menthol taste, but since then it has been re-formulated and now it tastes great. Recently, and I mean within the last two weeks, Hookah-Hookah has started heat sealing their packages, and the flavor seems to be fresher. I haven't tried the hazelnut since they started heat sealing the bags, so I can't RAVE about Hazelnut at this time. On the other hand, the Apple appears to have a bit more flavor, along with the Margarita, Pineapple, and Melon. The flavors I like right now are Margarita, Pineapple, Melon, Apple, and Grape. But notice I said the word "like" instead of "love"? That's because I've smoked SO MUCH of this tobacco that I no longer care very much for it. I'm tired of the same old flavors. My closet is filled with unopened jars of Margarita, Pineapple, and Hazelnut, which I'm probably not going to be smoking anytime soon, because as I said, I've grown tired of them. Hookah-Hookah is supposed to be releasing 20 new flavors over the next 2 months. I'm REALLY interested in their Watermelon that's due to come out pretty soon. Now that they've started realizing what problems they need to focus on, such as the packaging, the cut of the tobacco which they'll be changing soon, and most important the flavor, with the new flavors being released soon I may have an ENTIRELY new perspective on their tobacco. So, don't be so quick in calling me hypocritical when you don't know all the facts. The fact that you haven't been here in a month is proof enough that you don't have any solid foundation for your accusations, because you don't know what we've all been discussing concerning Hookah-Hookah
