They don't want to play along, they don't want to be nice, they just want what they want, they don't care about other people. If they want something from you, they just take it knowing its not appropriate or approved of, but they'll do it as long as they can hoping you'll get tired of chasing their ass around with a baseball bat or you'll give up and be lazy. People who come here and violate the rules blatantly, are warned and come back again just to break some more rules. You can tell them "Be nice or else..." as many times as you want, generally if they didn't figure it out by the first warning, they never will.
