Scarecrow
Has anybody been using mya hose adaptors with valves? I have been wondering how well they hold up with time to alot of use. They defenetly seem to let alot more smoke trough more easily then smaller ball bearing valve hookahs.
yashman19
I got a 2 hose mya acrlic from MNHookahs a few weeks ago, and it was a two hose, the second hose being the autoseal adapter. I think it works well enough. There was a smidge of air constriction, but its to be expected from any autoseal. Guess I'm just used to my mega-flow egyptian. That thing has virtually NO drag when pulling on it. As for durability, I'm not really sure as I've only had it for a few weeks, but it seems to be very solid. Its basically one thick hunk of metal, with a screw and ball bearing. So unless the threads decide to wear out, this thing should last forever... Scarecrow
I was wondering if they stuck like that. I am currently in the middle of converting my non-mya hookah over to these adaptors.
Whodat1004
I took the ball bearing out of the autoseal on my 2 house mya. Its not that it didnt work. I thought it was weird how only one hose port was autoseal so instead of just one person plugging the house both people have to. I dont see the big deal with plugging the hoses, it really doesnt bother me.
