hookaheveryday
I can't figure out if I'm using this thing right. Can anyone offer any advice in terms of how to pack the tobacco? Tangiers suggests filling the bowl up to the top, which I've been doing, but is it different with the mod. Am I suppose to pack it half full or something? It just seems to be getting the same ( or less) smoke than usual when I use it. I just wanted to know if people who use it pack the tobacco in differently. My setup: Small funnel bowl with mod. I use 3 japanese coals and poke several holes underneath each coal and just turn the foil instead of moving the coals. Using Al Waha tobacco at the moment.Any help is appreciated. Sir Tony
I just pack it about 2/3 full, slap some foil on, and poke as many holes as I can fit, throw on a quicklite or two, and goto town.

Scalliwag
I use 2 three kings so I am not real sure the results with japanese coals either way. I certainly can't say one way or the other about Killer's results but I am guessing like everybody else here gets different results. Hell, just read any threads about people having trouble getting Tangiers to smoke to see those arguments. When I don't use a mod I get less smoke and the shisha stops making smoke before it gets fully smoked. In other words when you empty the bowl there is gooey shisha in the bottom without the mod. We'll be having our DFW party here in a few weeks and will have a lot more people to give input from that. Hell, we'll post vids this time thanks to my early Christmas present. Oh, and use some sort of cone type cover if you want to utilize heat more efficiently.
