Scalli Mod = Headache?

So I was using my newly purchased scalli mod the other day and my small phunnel with some starbuzz marlett and afterwards I had a completely debilitating headache..Not a buzz headache, but one that felt like the core of my brain was being ripped out of my head.

So, I thought maybe it was just something odd that happened, so I tried it again the next day and the same thing happened. I'm figuring that maybe it's the copper that I'm heating and inhaling, seeing as how I don't get those headaches when I don't use my scalli mod.

I've never had that problem, there was a huge debate earlier about the heating+inhaling copper. It may just be psychosomatic... There are so many other variables. Were you smoking on an empty stomach? Did you drink enough water beforehand? Did you use too much/too little heat? Were you using different types of tobacco? Different pipes?

If you're convinced its the mod that's giving you headaches, then do away with it. If it doesn't work for you, toss it. Simple as that.

I smoked it as I usually do..Not an empty stomach, etc..I'll give it another shot, and if that doesn't work..might find myself some aluminum tube caps and use those instead

if your using quicklites that could be the problem. If the whole quicklite is not completely red and you smoke it, you are inhaling the chemicals that make it lite so quick. I use to get the same headaches until i was told to make it completely red and i never got a headache again! Hope this helps
