steve
I have had a hell of a time shipping a case of those silver coated coals to Joe He bought a case last week and us post office rejected the shipment because it was flamable , Dhl rejected the shipment for same reason but they would have shipped it if I had a material list from the mfg... Fed ex took it but I must admit on the packing lable I might have said it was soap or somthing like that ( I hate to lie ) what do you pros do as for shipping coals thanks steve

McDarragh
International shipping i could see it as a problem - wouldnt they screen it through customs?? If so how do 'lies' work

If so how do 'lies' work I dont think steve is talking about an international order. But in the US you cant send flammable things but it is real easy to just say it is something else becuase in reality noone is going to check what is actually in the box. They don't ask I don't tell. They know I'm a Hookah Lounge. But it is still no problem. I use FedX. Again no issues from them. As of yet. But in reality. We ship so much with FEDX that they just do not want to loose that bussiness.LOLSmiley
