Buying Group For Cafe's And Independant Web Sites?

Ok, lets think like wal-mart for a second. (sorry to offend some of you folks out there )

We know what wholesale prices are for the quantities we are ordering (in my case will be ordering soon) Now, order 4 or 5 times that amount of shisha, hookahs, accessories, and see what better price we can get out of the wholesalers and suppliers. This may be better for cafe owners I don't know, but I'll bet if we put our resources together we can get a better price for our stock.

Well, most of the contacts that I have and you have give discounts when you cross the 1,000 mark. Obviously thats not helpful when you place 4 orders to different companies. Not sure how you would go about the shipping Adam. Everything would need to be sent to 1 location then picked up by each person/company. It sounds like a good idea though.

I'm not exactly to the point of opening my own shop, nor am I looking to buy in bulk. I just stumbled upon this thread, and thought I would comment on Sheetz reply.

If you are buying over $1k, for one shop, you get a discount. If you buy let's say.... for 4 shops.. each with maybe... $1.5k.. you're looking at a $6k order. I would think wholesaler's would want to give you a bigger discount for that. Yes, you would have to ship it to one spot, then ship it from there, to the other 3 spots. But you would probably save more money bulk ordering, and shipping twice, than each shop ordering their own shisha.

Just a thought.
