mushrat Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 The official word in NO you cant use a MYA hose adaptor on a regualr traditional Egyptian or Syrian type hookah.The threads for the mya go INTO the stem of the hookah. hbomb Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 Thanks for your help, mush. I contacted Hookah-Shisha and they sell an adapter that will fit on the Abyss and even auto-seal. Unfortunately, they said there is no way my current single hose valve can be made auto-seal, so I'd still have to plug it while someone's using the other hose. I didn't think my hookah would be so damn popular but everytime I have ppl smoke out of it they always tell me it's the best hookah they have ever smoked.
