hbomb
I'd really like one. Only thing is I'm scared of cables that stupid people might trip on then break my hookah. But that's a risk I'll have to take.
jordanneff
This sounds really interesting. Just think, if you get this thing to work you'll be able to market it and it'll be the greatest thing since sliced bread! hahaCan't wait for some new pics + video
benmandude
I definitely want one if it works, but I don't know if I would shell out $70. That is pretty steep, but then again the price coals add up over time, so it would be a good investment.

Hamilton
a concern I have is that unlike coals where you can manage heat and burn around the hookah you will have an even burn across the bowl with wiring.
hookerman
News update.the prototype of concrete (premixed concrete) burned like bread with a cigarette lighter torch after 4 seconds (i used this to generate some heat for testing). I should have just stick to powder concrete + some water, not this ready made concrete mix. the ceramic people called me to tell me that minimum order is 300.00. I was nice to the guy on the phone, askin to see if they can just make one, he said, they need to setup the drilling machine, etc. So i am going back and forth and also trying to find some shop local.By Saturday i will have the ceramic made of concrete so i can test it and post some pics.
