Apollo Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 are brass stems just as good of quality as stainless steel, or do they rust and such? mya saray emailed me back regarding a question i had and they said they only make thier hookahs using brass. The Dude Abides Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 From my experience, any hookah described as being stainless steel is lightweight and feels like it could snap in two if dropped. Brass, on the other hand, usually involves a heavy, well-built pipe that you could bludgeon someone with. The sturdyness of brass pipes is why I dig Syrian pipes way more than Egyptians.
