Mahir is the man!
customer sevice is unparalelled. i ordered the razan hose, in red and white. there was a bit of an issue with me and the ssl, but i talked to him about it, he's legit...2legit to quit!
i love my hose, it pulls like a champ, and i got it 2 days after ordering it!

I made an order with NazarHookah on July 3, paid for normal shipping, and got the package 4 days later, 2 days were weekend days. I had quick shipping, good prices, and some free gifts. Great vendor.

Nazar is the best.

Mahir provides some of the best customer service known to man. I can hit him up on AIM asking some questions about an order or suggestions for an order and he's there. Packaging was AMAZING and the man threw in some mouthtips and a cool lighter. Even better, two days from Florida to California. Nazar Hookah is the best. Period.

Just wanted to say the Nazar Hookah has the fasted shipping and the best customer service. Item was out of stock but the day they got it in stock it was processed and sent out and arrived in Long Beach only a few days later. Mahir really went out of his way to make sure I got everything I wanted and even put up with my indecisiveness quite well.

i ordered a blue/white razan, 250g AF caffe latte, and 2 shirts. Mahir through in two lighters, a bunch of mouth tips and a hose grommet. I also received a bunch of reward points! Also, i asked mahir to sketch a picture of himself for me, and he did!! now that's great customer service! Mahir was great about everything, super generous and very helpful. He made me like AF too! Shipping was super fast, 2 days from florida to wisconsin. everything was packaged great. couldn't have asked for better service! thanks mahir! 14/10. suuuuuuper service.

Nazarhookah had Nakhla 250g on sale for $5 each. I had never tried Nakhla before, so I figured there was no better time to try it. I placed an order on the 16th (Sunday night), it shipped on the 18th, and got here on the 20th. It was very safely packaged; it would have taken quite a thrashing to damage anything in the boxes. The freebie lighter they sent was also very cool. I need to find reasons to use it.

I ordered on Black Friday and received my package the Monday right after that (today.) I guess living 45 minutes from him has perks regarding shipping; way cheaper to have it shipped than drive there.

Anyway, all of my stuff was there with the usual newspaper packaging, hand signed receipt, but no lighter this time???? That will get you a 10/10 instead of the 11/10 this time.

People, Mahir is an awesome vendor, keep buying from him! You cannot beat the shipping rates (FLAT) and cheaper shisha available on his site!

I also ordered on BlackFriday and got mine Monday - and I live in Maryland. I'm happy to see Mahir took care of getting my order out same day.

Prices: Awesome deals for Black Friday, and sweet regular prices on Nakhla!!!
Packaging: Good. I didn't order anything that could really be damaged, so newspaper in the box worked out for me.
Selection: there's my only complaint. I've talked to Mahir and have begged him for more selection - we shall see.

This order: 10/10 - Perfect service. I even asked Mahir about things that he didn't have in stock, and he went to a distributor to see if he could find them for me. I ordered Friday and got it Monday - talk about fast!

Overall: 9.5/10 - Prices are great, and service rocks. Just needs a better selection of shisha. Otherwise, it's the perfect place to shop and he will be my regular "go to" guy.

This thread is for my experience with Nazarhookah, and even though this does not pertain to a particular order, I have an experience to share:

Today I go out to get the mail, and I find an envelope curiously addressed to me, with "Nazar Hookah" in the return address. I open it up to find a Christmas (holiday, really) card. Mahir signed it himself, and enclosed a card with a few holiday discount codes on it.

I am touched. I have only ordered from Mahir once, yet he still took an extra step and sent me a card. Never before has a vendor done this, and I doubt any other vendor ever will. Part of why I love this forum so much is that it lets us put names and faces to the vendors who are active here, and this was a huge personal touch. Before, I would not have hesitated to order from Mahir again, but now he has a lifelong customer.

This gesture is a testament to Mahir's amazing customer service. It shows that he really does care about his customers, and that he is in this business for more than just monetary gain. Well done, Mahir. Thanks a bunch.

I placed an order from Nazarhookah during the Black Friday specials. It was an incredible deal on two Razan Sultan hoses, 3-250g tubs of Al Fahker, and I decided to get some quicklites and some 50g samples of Hookah Hookah.

About 2 minutes after I placed my order, I got an email from Mahir asking me to call him because it wouldn't charge my credit card. I talked to him on HF chat then gave him a call. He took care of the order right over the phone.

Now I gotta say, talking to Mahir on the phone was like talking to a friend I've known for years. He was so nice and polite and helpful. Really personable.

So I placed the order on Friday and received it on Monday...wow. Everything was packed great and Mahir threw in a lighter and a couple extra samples of Hookah Hookah. But one of the hoses was the wrong color. So I emailed Mahir and he replied in like a few minutes telling me just to send it back and he'd get me out the right one. So I sent it back and a few days later got the right one in the mail!

I really recommend ordering from Mahir. He's a great guy to deal with...it's like you're ordering from a friend instead of a company. He always responds to emails quickly and seems to be proud of keeping orders moving so people can get their stuff and enjoy it as soon as possible.

Then to top it all off....he sent me a Christmas card! I thought that was really, really awesome. Again, it's like dealing with a friend you've known for years.....not just some company trying to make a profit off you.

After having good results from the Black Friday sale, I decided to place a big order with Mahir now that I knew he was a good vendor. I wanted to order last sunday, but I got caught up in the football game and didn't order till noon on Monday. I had some trouble with my card transaction and Mahir worked through it with me and shipped out same day, and it got here in 2 days (Wednesday - XMas Eve).

I can't say enough about how awesome Mahir is. Fast shipping. Best customer service in the biz, and kick ass prices.

I got 13 boxes of Nakhla and some Exoticas under $100 shipped.

Out of 10 - this guy is a 986.3!!!!

Oh, and he increased his selection because I asked him about a few flavors that he didn't normally stock, and he got them in for me. That's a classy guy!!!!

Let's see, what can I say about Mahir...

He is sexy, he takes care of his customers, and he is passionate about what he does.

Mahir was the friendliest vendor I have ever purchased from. He is very dedicated to his customers and does everything in his power to accommodate them. When I placed my order, I ordered the wrong items and sent them to the wrong address.

I called Mahir on New Years Eve right before midnight, and he happily fixed my order and made it right. And better yet, I received my order in two business days perfectly packaged with the correct items.

Just wanted to say thanks to Mahir for another great order. Received everything within 36 hours after placing the order. It doesn't hurt that I'm in the same county.

I ordered a bunch of small things...he's clearing out Hookah Hookah & Hookah Freak shisha, so I figured it would be a good chance to try several different flavors. I was getting low on 3 kings and figured I would try coconara. I was pretty impressed with the coconara. I don't mind the extra couple minutes it takes to get them going. They seem to burn much hotter than 3k. I tried exotica once and they gave me a terrible headache. No problem with the coconara.
The mya acrylic in the last photo was an xmas gift (not from Mahir), but that is a razan hose from a previous order.

Shipping took just a BIT long but i did order on a weekend and it was from Florida to San diego so it makes sense.

Didn't like this site one bit. I ordered 29/10
7x50g Al Fakher shisha, 3 different brand coals, and a Large brush kit, and after the confirmation mail,
I don't hear from them until the 4/11, saying that they couldn't get some of the flavours I wanted,
and if I wanted to replace those flavours with other things, and I mail him with the other flavours which I chose.
A day later I recieve a mail saying that he will check if he has the new requested flavours.
This is eight days gone with checking their stock and so forth. Then I mail that if you haven't shipped it already,
I want to cancel my order due to this (sorry for my language) crap.
Today it's the 12/11 and I haven't heard from them whether they've canceled my order or my stuff are being shipped right now.
Overall a very bad experience..

1/10 (1 for their prices, not bad prices)

I made 2 orders on November 26 (Thanksgiving Day) and requested to pick it up from him.

First off, he sends an email, within 30 minutes of my order, that there was a certain flavor out of stock and first offered to give me AF mango instead of the Nakhla mango. I was appreciative but chose to switch to Nakhla peach and no problems.

I also asked for a non advertised product (plastic mouthtips) and was given a decent price on them.

So regarding the pickup, he offered to meet me half way (his base is roughly 57 miles from me) and gave me both packages within 24 hours of ordering, on Black Friday of all days.

Mahir has great service, great prices, and a great selection of products. Hookah John seems to be the most appreciated vendor on this site but Mahir has got to be the dark horse here. Yall got to check his site out. Especially that $9 flat rate within the US.

10/10, again, for consistently awesome service.

He is willing to everything, he treats u as a friend, great customer service imo.
