sdmopar
I ordered a phunnel bowl and on my other bowls I use a metal screen. Anyone know if anyone makes a larger metal screen for say...a small phunnel bowl?
cafesaden
I doubt that the metal screen will work for a phunnel... but I don't think they make ones that large anyways.

In my experience smoke is produced when the entire bowl reaches the necessary temperature.

ghostofdavid
DO NOT USE A PINEAPPLE CAN!!The metal of the inside of a pineapple can is covered with various chemicles and coatings that are food safe to prevent the can from rusting on the inside and from blackening the pineapple, but I don't think those chemicals should be smoked.
