Smoking While Driving

Recommended Posts

So spring break is coming up next week and I'm planning on traveling down to my hometown for the week. Lately I have been thinking about buying a small hookah for solo smoking... then I though I should purchase one soon so I could smoke while driving down to my hometown. I'm thinking about buying a bambino since I like it's weird/unique design (i'm a person who likes weird/different looking things). So do you all think the bambino might be too small for a car smoke... or just right... or too much of a hassle. From the people who have smoked while driving, any suggestions? Gracias. smile.gif

My friend and I had a very small hookah that fit in the cupholder. Now aside from MYA Saray, I know chinese hookahs have a bad rep here. But it was a Sultan chinese hookah. Good for the job. very stable. But someone *cough* dropped it outside and the base broke. Argh.

my questions are this:

Ok, cool I can get a bowl to last for 2+ hours... how are you going to change the coals with that contraption on? Or start them while driving? Are you going to use a half a pound of naturals and sit them in a holder till they are ready to be used?

How are you going to secure it, I presume you would use a hookah with a base that is very wide, but hookahs seem to still be fairly top heavy. This is the easy part but is going to be different for every automobile.

I hookah in my car all the time and Ive had some bad bad experiences hahaha. There are coals marks in the form of cirlces on the passenger floor.

I think you'll be ok, if you have a large hookah use bungee cords and tie it to the bottom of the seat. IF you have a center console use that. I don't know about cup holders and the size with that but you can try. Also you may want to consider not having too much smoke, driving with fogged windows is pretty crazy.

I'll try a few things out tonight and I'll post the pictures later because I'm sure everyone wants to def hit up shisha on a nice car drive!

Well I will be using QL... and I probably won't smoke for more than a coal worth. It's only a 4 hr drive.. So I won't light till about 1 1/2 into the drive, when I'm on the open road w/ no traffic lights etc. I'll probably pull over for this to be safe. I mentioned that I'm planning on purchasing a hookah, possibly a bambino... and that was the answer I was also looking for, if it was plausable with a bambino. It seems it might be too small. I'm planning on roping the hookah down somewhere. My car isn't huge, so I could squeeze it in somewhere.

I DO HAVE A USELESS CENTER CONSOLE! lol... does anyone have the base dimensions of the bambino?... or are they listed on the site.. Hopefully it's small enough to fit.
