Does Al Fakher Make Anyone Else Sick?

Recommended Posts

AL fahkir will make my fiance sick, almost everytime. I dunno why, but he can smoke everything else.

he only gets sick when we smoke from a local hookah bar (who serves af, but i believe he is also smoking on an empty stomach. )

i dont have that much i bought 3 50gm packs to try it out. Only other thing i ever smoked was naklah.

i love the AF strawberry and the mint is ok 7/10. I just have to stop smoking on an empty stomach.

i need to try AF: orange, melon, cherry

Ya, the empty stomach or with alchohol will get you every time. AF is actualy one of the washed brands, so thenicotine is lower so it shouldn't be that. Besides, if you can smoke nakhla and and feel woozy, AF should be nothing. It COULD be you have a bad reaction to something in their flavourings..hard to tell...

Are you saying that you smoke af on empty stomach and you get nauseous and in turn you smoke nakhla (maybe on an empty stomach!) and you dont. Because that would be real topsy turvy lol.

no i meant the only other shisha i have smoked besides AF was naklah. I never smoked naklah on an empty stomach.

I love AF but it just seems like i have to have a full stomach or pretty close to full before i can smoke it or else it makes me fill sick

i think its the empty stomach problem. after i feel sick i grab something small to eat and in a few min i feel better

hmmm. mints my favorite flavor. thats really weird this makes you sick, maybe there is a particular ingredient in al fakher not found in other tobaccos that causes a reaction. I have never, not once with any af flavor, felt the least bit nauseous
