JoeLipinski
first off, I would just put 1 layer of foil on top of the bowl and forget about the ring. after you do that, then try one quick-lite coal if thats too harsh cut it up with your tongs. I never have done the foil ring foil thing. I hope this helps you out. also if you are getting small amounts of smoke from 1/2 of the coal with 1 sheet of foil, then try placing the other half on the opposite side from the coal. I hope this helps. Also try either quick-lite Japaneses coals (my fav.) or natural coals (my second choice)

rez
man this makes me soooooo mad.i gave up after 45min of getting nothing but harsh taste in my mounth.and now my stem is borken.i have the kind of stem that you have to screw onto the bottom of the top part of the hookah. and it wont stop turning. (the threading seems to be messed up.)
Echo_419
ya same thing happened to my airsoft gun flash hinder, to fix it we wrapped a thin layer of electrical tape around the bottom end of the barrel and it fit snugly, it doesn't hurt to try that. Echo_419
Don't get me wrong I love paintball, but airsoft is cheaper and I love the realism and tactics. you can get 4000 rounds of bbs for $12, PB's are way to expensive for me. unless you have a sponser. to each his own
