I was at a place in Jersey the other day and it cost me $20 for a bowl of unidentified grape. Up until then the most I had ever paid was $15. What do you guys pay? If I remember correctly the bowl came with two coals and lasted about an hour (out of a Mya QT). I don't remember the brand, but it smoked good and tasted great. Kae Posted August 21, 2007 Share Posted August 21, 2007 The hookah lounge here in Santa Cruz, CA just changed their prices to $9.99 a bowl, unlimited coals, Starbuzz.I think before it was $15 a bowl (but before the price change, it was still $9.99 for locals).It seems to be a pretty cool place, from what I can tell, but I have not been there, since my disturbing experience with the lounge I went to in Monterey. Maybe cheaper at the smaller joints.All of those prices are way higher than 2 years ago. $7 use to be pretty standard, but now, its tough to find outside of Middle Eastern neighborhoods.
