glz88
So i was going to make my own scalli mod since i can't afford the glass one at this moments, Are there any safe metals available at your local home depot/Lowe's that i can use to make this. I know i can use Stainless steel but i dunno if they'll have caps like that. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Scarecrow
Copper isnt ideal but under the circumstances it is fine. MNhookah is now selling glass ones too so thats always a good idea.

Zerodynamic
just buy a copper cap. If you are that worried, then wrap with tinfoil and you'll get good to go.
hookahmike
It's copper oxide that is bad for you if you get it red-hot. I don't use the torch on it for that reason and so bypass that issue Go look up my notes in the funhouse and you can make one cheap and maybe tinker w/ some other stuff too Edited March 30, 2007 by hookahmike
